The Park

  • The Park is located just next to the main entrance of UBS Arena. For more information on driving directions and public transportation options, please review our Plan Your Visit page.

  • Parking varies depending on if there is an event happening that day at UBS Arena.

    If you are attending The Park on an event day, you will need to purchase UBS Arena event parking, which can be used for your entire visit to UBS Arena and The Park.

    If you are attending The Park on a non-event day, you can enjoy complimentary parking in our Silver Parking, which is located just next to The Park and accessed by taking the Cross Island Parkway exit 26B.

  • Yes, Isles Lab, the official team store of the New York Islanders, will have a pop up store at The Park so you can shop the latest gear.

  • Hot pretzels, hot dogs, kettle corn and popcorn, sandwiches and wraps, candy, soda, water, coffee, and hot chocolate will be available at The Park. There will also be several food trucks available on a rotating basis.

    Please note that The Park is a cashless venue.

  • Yes - guests can purchase alcohol at The Park.

  • Guests are allowed to BYOB up to a 6-pack of cans per person (21 years of age or older).

  • The Heineken Beer Garden offers an extensive seating area under twinkly lights for friends to come together, enjoy a drink, and hang out. We encourage guests to hang out at the Heineken Beer Garden before events at UBS Arena.

  • Safety is always our top priority. If an event date is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will gladly accommodate you on another day. Make-up options will be communicated with anyone registered for affected events.

  • Yes, public restrooms will be available at The Park.

  • Animals are not allowed in The Park; however, an exception is made for leashed, harnessed, and housebroken service animals. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact UBS Arena’s Guest Services at guestservices@ubsarena.com.

  • An EMT will be on-site during hours of operation for The Park.

  • The Lost and Found Team is available on non-event days from 10am-4pm. On event days, the Lost and Found Team is available from 10am-2pm. Lost and Found is closed on the weekend. Item pick-up must be arranged in advance. Please complete this form to provide us the best opportunity of finding and reuniting you with your item.

  • AmEx cardholders get access to the AmEx Igloo Garden, which includes 6 heated and furnished igloos. Igloos are offered to AmEx cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis and are complimentary.

    The Park also offers general admission igloos on a first come, first served basis. These 6 igloos are also heated and furnished.

  • Yes, strollers are permitted inside The Park. However, we do not have storage available for strollers.
